This Accompaniment Track Master License is valid and binding once You have made payment and agreed to the terms and conditions. There are 8 episodes in this series and each episode runs for approximately 8-10 minutes.Daywind, Inc., (the “Licensor”) hereby grants permission to the Artist ("You" or “Artist”) for a one-time use by the Licensee of the Licensor’s master of the accompaniment track (the “Master”) for the purpose of recording vocals or instrumentals to the accompaniment track(s) and commercially exploiting the resulting derivative work on one album on a non-exclusive basis.įor this use, the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor in immediately available funds the sum of one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) per Master.
